SHINRA |
Allows OCs?
-ShinRa allow OCs. We try to restrict SOLDIER somewhat, beacuse we don't want a billion elite SOLDIERs and one ShinSec. Speaking of which, ShinSecs and such are needed. Rufus would like it if they talked to some people in ShinRa first, especially himself.
-It would be harder to get into ShinRa after applying... because you have to give a reason for signing up. And I don't want to see many more 'ShinRa captured me for an experiment' ideas, 'cause they always escape and join AVALANCHE.
Interfaction RP Opportunities?
-ShinRa members, being pretty woven as a team, enjoy many interfactional RPs. Drinks all around!
-ShinRa has borne witness to the desctruction of Midgar during the Second Convergence by Sin, the move to the Sky Palace, and the building of Neo Midgar.
Outside TPs and RP?
-ShinRa employees enjoy the ability to be anywhere within reason, and have enough time off to do some casual RP. They try to get involved with other factions every chance they get. ShinRa usually congregates around Midgar, Kalm, the Sky Palace, or Costa Del Sol, but they have reasons to be anywhere. Business trips; Scouting missions; Time off.

Additional Information |
In a world where money denotes power, and power is the basis of life, one monolithic company towers above all else, rivaling others with indomitable strength governed by sheer steel wits and a shrewd, fierce grip. ShinRa, a place within which the halls of which dreams are achieved, and paradise itself is concocted. A model of cool efficiency, unblinking resolve and admirable competence.
Adhering to a hierarchy, it is ruled by one man ultimately, beneath which sits a board of executives, and beneath which still, a plethora of different divisions, highly organized. There is a place for everyone and anyone with aspiration and determination within its ranks: whether you be a scientist, a hitman, a soldier or an administrator, there is a niche for you within the corporations echelons, provided you have what it takes. People with all sorts of interests, and one, single thing in common, an unyielding thirst to reach their goals through the company's means, gather beneath the brilliant, crimson banner of this great establishment.
Resources are vast, stakes high, and expectations not to be missed, making the faction a ruthless one, internally and externally. After all, the world is a dog-eat-dog one, and ShinRa has no intention of going under. As such, their methods to better themselves may seem somewhat unfeeling at times, even heartless, but this is simply because they watch out for themselves, doing what it takes to get where they want to be. A tight-knit business, those deserving are rewarded, while those who aren't are demoted, though there is always room for expansion. For the most part, ShinRa remains apathetic towards events not concerning them on a whole, though individuals are known to travel wide and have exceptional accessibility, mingling freely when off-duty. When something catches their eyes though, beware, for employees of ShinRa are obstinate in getting what they want.
If you have the brilliance, the strength or the ideals to be part of such a avant-garde corporation, by all means, join the likes of ShinRa, and let it show you what it can do for you.
