-Generally, all Al-Bhed descedants would be part of this faction.
-Others interested would be better off applying, then joining, unless they have a detailed background within the Returners or Al-Bhed. Contact Edgar and Rikku respectively for such characters.
Interfaction RP Opportunities?
-The Free Confederacy has occasional to rare interfaction RP. While the Al-Bhed are somewhat clan oriented, Returners tend to be more independant
-Currently, as the Al-Bhed portion is small and relatively new, there have been no interfaction TPs. The Returners are also ill-suited for internal TPs.
Outside TPs and RP?
-Al-Bhed participate intermittantly with outside RP, participating largely in the Children of Corel TP. The Returners RP with people outside their faction on a regular basis and generally have a member or two involved in almost every TPs.

Join the Free Confederacy! Be a part of one of the more technologically advanced factions in the game...well, semi-advanced. One part of it has Steam, the other has computers and the like. We're a combination of the Returners and the Al Bhed, you can probably imagine all that entails...we're both a bunch of engineers/techies living in the desert!
On a more serious note, the Free Confederacy is really a front for the Group known as the Returners, a band of freedom fighters who are bent on protecting the world from the encroachment from the Empire and its forces. The Al Bhed and Narshe are there as a more commercial part of the Faction, they help to keep the Returners Funded (with aid from Figaro, of course) and stocked with weapons, armor, tech, and so forth.
Right now we're looking for the Chocobo Brigade, more Engineers (Both Al Bhed and Figaro), and perhaps some others. App today!
